This is the general process of how your website is constructed. This process
may vary depending the size of your website. Large website projects with more
than 15 or 20 pages may require a different and more sophisticated project
management approach (see custom software development).

After you sign a contract for website creation services, we assign you a
project manager, and create a account in our website for your project
management tools.

Meet With Your Project Manager and Consultant for a Website
Analysis |
You will meet with your project manager and consultant either face to face, or
on a virtual meeting over the internet (virtual meeting may be held by video
cam and voice, or conference call and co-browsing on the internet). When you
meet, your project manager and consultant will gather all the information of
your company, goals and objective for your new website and educate you on different aspects of internet marketing, so you have a better understanding of how your website may help your business.

Creation of Your Graphic Samples For Your Home Page and Style
of Your Website |
The project manager is an specialist in website creation. He will work with a graphic designer from our graphic arts department and proceed to produce the map of you website, sections, navigability and first graphic samples.

See the progress of your site minute by minute, Request unlimited modifications until your Website Style looks as you want it. |
From the beginning, you will be able to check on your all the progress made on your project by the project manager and your assigned development team through your BRealm Account. Helping you to monitor every modification made and confirm that they are under your guidelines and pleasing.
After your samples created, your project manager will work with you to fine tune the designs if it’s necessary. If you are not satisfied, he will create a complete new one. You can always see the progress of your design online through your BRealm account, and send feed back directly to the development team. Each time that a modification is made, we will contact you by phone or email, depending your preference, for you to confirm the modifications.

Confirm Your Home Page and Website Style |
Once we finish fine-tuning your website and you approve it as the final one, we
start the design of the internal pages. The internal pages are based on the
style of the website which is determined by the style of the home page design
in the earlier part of the process.

Creation of Your Website Content |
Your project manager will meet with you again to assist you in creation of you
website content. You will provide the website content and be able to work close
with you project manager, using the expertise of his knowledge in how to
optimize the site for your purposes

Creation of the Graphic Snapshot in Details for the Rest of
the Pages of Your Website |
The Design Department will generate the internal pages one by one. In short you
will be able to see you whole website fully designed as snap shots of what your
future website will look like. In this phase you will be able to provide
feedback on each page, one by one to find tune it as you wish.

Coding of Your Website Demo |
When you confirm the design, the graphic design department will pass it to the
programming department, where you pages will be coded into functional WebPages.
When they finish, they will provide you with your fully functionally and
complete website demo. This is a copy not published to the open public. This
final copy of your website is for you to check on any details, or any other
fine tuning prior to final launch.

Publication of Your Website |
When you confirm that you website is fully complete, and as perfect as you want
it, the development department will publish it on your domain if you have any.
If not, your project manager will assist you with hosting and domains and then
your website will be published on your final web address.
